Born and raised in Tennessee, Lucas Potter started learning the viola at age 9 and began his musical journey into learning as many stringed instruments as possible. Piano, guitar, ukelele skills came to him soon after, and during high school he found a penchant for not only playing music, but also for writing and composing his own tunes.

Specializing in orchestral arrangements and a folk-rock flavor of lyricism, he now spends his days in the Nashville area, with a song stuck eternally in his head.
